  1. 1

    Pick a tool

Search for what you want to do or open a category. Every tool has its own page with a short guide.

  2. 2

    Add your file or text

Drop in a PDF or image, paste some text, or type a web address. Most tools start working straight away.

  3. 3

    Download the result

Check the preview, change the settings if you need to, and save the file. There is nothing to sign up for.

Why WeblixTools

Simple tools you can trust with your files

Your files stay on your device

PDF, image, icon and text tools do the work inside your browser tab, so the file is never sent to us. Tools that need our server or an AI service are labelled.

No account, no watermark

Open a tool and use it. We don't ask for an email address and we don't stamp our name on your files.

Works on any device

The tools run in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install.

Free, paid for by ads

There is no paid plan hiding the useful parts. Ads keep the site running, and only the AI tools have a daily limit.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the tools really free?

Yes. There is no paid plan and no sign-up. The site is paid for by ads. The AI tools have a daily limit per visitor because each request costs us money, but everything else can be used as often as you like.

Are my files uploaded to your server?

For most tools, no. The PDF, image, icon and text tools do their work in your browser tab, so your files stay on your device. The AI tools send the text or image you give them to our AI provider, and tools that load a web page by its address fetch that page through our server. Each tool page says which kind it is.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Every tool runs in a normal web browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, on Windows, Mac, Linux, Android or iPhone. There are no extensions or desktop apps to download.

Do the tools work on a phone?

Yes. The pages are built for small screens too. Very large PDFs or images can be slow on older phones because the work happens on the device, so a computer is the better choice for big jobs.

Which tool should I use to make a PDF smaller?

Use Compress PDF. It shrinks the images inside the file, which is where most of the size usually is. If the PDF is a scan, Grayscale PDF can make it smaller still.

How do I find a tool quickly?

Use the search box at the top of this page, or press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) on any page and type what you want to do, such as "merge" or "resize". The All tools page lists everything by group.

Can I suggest a new tool or report a problem?

Yes. Open the Help button in the corner of any page to chat with us, or use the contact page.
