Original quality

Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable and sharp.

How merging PDFs works

Merging copies every page of each PDF, in the order you choose, into one new document. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable, links keep working and images keep their original quality.

Common uses are joining scanned pages, putting an invoice and its receipts together, or sending one file instead of five. You can add files in several batches and reorder or remove them before merging.

Bookmarks and form fields from the original files are not carried over, because each source PDF defines them differently. The visible page content is always kept exactly.

How to use it

  1. 1Add two or more PDFs by clicking the upload area or dragging files onto it.
  2. 2Use the arrows to put the files in the order you want.
  3. 3Remove any file you added by mistake.
  4. 4Click Merge & Download to save the combined PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser tab using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, and closing the tab discards them.

Is there a limit on the number of files?

There is no fixed limit. Very large merges use more memory, so if your browser slows down, merge in smaller batches and then merge the results.

Will the merged PDF lose quality?

No. Pages are copied without re-compressing, so the merged file looks exactly like the originals.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

Protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Open them with the password in your PDF reader, save a copy without protection, then merge that copy.
