1. Intellectual Property & Generated Output

Any icon, favicon, vector SVG, PNG file, or asset bundle that you generate using WeblixTools belongs 100% to you. We claim zero copyright, ownership, royalty, or licensing rights over your generated outputs, logos, artwork, or commercial designs.

You are fully permitted to use your generated icon assets for personal, open-source, and commercial projects, commercial applications on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and websites with zero attribution required.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WeblixTools to:

• Generate or process material that violates trademark, copyright, or intellectual property laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our web infrastructure or server networks.
• Automate abusive high-frequency scraping requests that degrade service quality for others.
• Process documents or images you don't have the right to use or edit.
• Post spam, advertising, or unlawful, hateful or misleading content in reviews or the live chat.

3. AI-Generated Icons

The AI icon generator creates images automatically from your description using a third-party AI provider. Results can be inaccurate or resemble existing designs, so check that an AI-generated icon doesn't infringe anyone's trademark or copyright before using it as a logo. Requests for violent, sexual, hateful or trademarked content are refused. Free use is limited per day.

4. Reviews, Chat & Messages

When you post a review, you allow us to show it on WeblixTools with the name you entered. We check reviews before publishing them and may decline or remove any that break these terms. Answers from the live-chat assistant are generated automatically and may be wrong; ask for a person if you need a definite answer. How we handle this information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising & Third-Party Links

WeblixTools is free because it shows ads from Google AdSense. Ads and external links lead to websites we don't control, and we aren't responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

WeblixTools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to ensure that all generated icons adhere strictly to modern W3C, Apple, and Google technical standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that output formats will be error-free on all legacy devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WeblixTools, its founders, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated modification date.
