Deck never leaves

Your presentation is read and drawn in this tab; we never see the file.

One page per slide

Each slide keeps the deck's own size, so widescreen stays widescreen.

Searchable text

Latin-alphabet text stays real text that can be searched and copied.

Slides to PDF, one page per slide

The converter reads the .pptx file in your browser and draws every slide at the presentation's own size: background and theme colours, logos and decorations from the slide master, text boxes and placeholders with their fonts, colours, bullets and numbering, pictures (including cropped ones), basic and custom shapes, lines and tables.

Latin-alphabet text stays real, selectable PDF text, so the PDF can be searched. We skip hidden slides unless you ask for them, which is handy when a deck has backup slides at the end you'd rather not send.

Some PowerPoint features can't be rebuilt in a browser: charts, SmartArt, 3D effects, shadows and rotated text are left out or simplified, and gradients are shown as a single colour. If you have PowerPoint and need an exact copy, its own Save as PDF is the most faithful option.

How to use it

  1. 1Upload your .pptx file.
  2. 2Choose whether to include hidden slides.
  3. 3Click Convert to PDF and check the preview.
  4. 4Download the PDF.

Why share slides as PDF

  • Everyone can open a PDF, even without PowerPoint or the fonts you used.
  • The slides can't be accidentally edited by the people you send them to.
  • PDF handouts print one slide per page at the right proportions.
  • Many upload forms, conferences and course portals accept PDF only.
  • Slides keep their look on phones and tablets, where PowerPoint files often display differently.

What is included

Every visible slide becomes one PDF page in the same order, at the deck's slide size, so 16:9 decks stay widescreen and 4:3 decks stay standard. Text, pictures, tables, shapes, lines and backgrounds are drawn as they appear on the slide.

Speaker notes, animations, transitions, embedded videos and audio aren't part of a PDF and are left out. Accepted files are .pptx, .ppsx and .potx up to 200 MB.

Tips for the closest match

  • Use common fonts in the deck; fonts missing from your device are replaced with similar ones.
  • Charts and SmartArt aren't drawn, so paste them as pictures in PowerPoint first if you need them.
  • Old .ppt files must be saved as .pptx in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress before converting.
  • If the PDF is large because of photos, run it through Compress PDF.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. The tool runs entirely in your browser tab using JavaScript. Your files never leave your device, and closing the tab discards them.

Will the PDF look exactly like the slides?

Most slides look very close. Charts, SmartArt, 3D effects, shadows and rotated text are left out or simplified, gradients become one colour, and missing fonts are replaced with similar ones. Check the preview before you download.

Are speaker notes included?

No. The PDF contains the slides only, one per page, at the presentation's own slide size. Animations and videos are not included either.

Can I convert old .ppt files?

Not directly. Open the .ppt file in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress, save it as .pptx and convert that file.

What happens to hidden slides?

They are skipped by default. Choose Include under Hidden slides if you want them in the PDF too.

Is there a size limit?

Presentations up to 200 MB can be converted. Decks with many large photos take longer and use more memory, so they convert most smoothly on a computer.

Can I put several slides on one page as handouts?

Not in this tool; every slide gets its own page. If you want handouts with two or four slides per sheet, print the PDF and pick the pages-per-sheet option in your print dialog, which most browsers and PDF readers offer.
